Quintin was vacationing with his family in Price Edward Island this past July when a freak accident crushed his leg. He was visiting the Tea Cup Rock tourist destination when he became trapped under the rock, crushing his leg. Since the accident, he has gone through multiple surgeries, but his perseverance and tenacity has not wavered. You are a true inspiration Quinn! We are thrilled to see your progress and are honoured to have you with us here tonight and wish you nothing but a full recovery.

We were proud to have some special guests last night. The INGERSOLL EXPRESS ATOM REP TEAM contacted me as they were coming in to play the Norwich Knighthawks team at the Nor-Del Arena. The Express were given a tour of our Jr. "C" Facilities and dressing room....Hoping you guys had a great time last night, and looking to see you make our team in the years to come. It was a pleasure... The team is coached by Norwich Merchant Alumni Wayne Chalkley, and Derek Boersma. This team also had 2 Alumni sons and 1 grandson on it.... Congratulations to the first winner of the NEVER GIVE UP player of the game MERCHANTS HAT
